Conclusion of Contract

All the information contained in these Conditions and the details included on this Website do not constitute an offer to sell, but rather an invitation to contract. No contract shall exist between us and the Customer in respect of any product until the Customer's order has been expressly accepted by us.

If your offer is not accepted and a debit has already been made to your account, the amount will be refunded in full.

Even after completing the entire procedure set out in the Instructions for Use, this does not mean that your order has been accepted, as it constitutes an offer from you to buy one or more products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

Non-Acceptance / Order Cancellation

FAROMA reserves the right to refuse orders or cancel purchases for the following reasons, liability for any damages or costs:

- The product is no longer available, i.e. out of stock. If product(s) have been paid for, the money will be refunded.

- Billing information is not correct or verifiable

- The order is flagged by our Security System as an incorrect order or susceptible to fraud

- The transfer for payment of the order has not been received within 5 days of accepting your order

- When it is not possible to deliver to the desired address

- Orders for which payment has not been successfully made within 3 working days may be canceled due to lack of stock or new cost of the product(s), without prior notice. If you wish to reopen an order that has been canceled due to exceeding the time limit for payment, you can contact us at [email protected]. It will be processed again subject to availability of the product(s).

Use On Our Site

By using our Website and/or placing orders through it, the customer undertakes to:

- Use this Website only to make legally valid inquiries or orders.

- Do not place any false or fraudulent orders, and if there are any suspicions that such an order has been placed, we will be authorized to cancel it and report it to the competent authorities.

- Provide us with your email address, postal address and/or other contact details, truthfully and accurately, so that we can process and ship the order.

- If the Customer does not provide their email address, postal address and/or other contact details truthfully and accurately, we will not be able to process their order.
