Product Availability, Shipping and Delivery
The order will be shipped to the address provided by the user during the ordering process..
FAROMA uses transport companies. If at the time of delivery the user notices errors in the received merchandise or if it is visibly damaged, these circumstances must be noted on the transport company's document, and FAROMA must be informed within 24 to 48 hours.
The sale of the ordered product(s) is limited to available stock. FAROMA, aiming to provide fast and quality service, undertakes to dispatch the items as quickly as possible.
All items remain the property of FAROMA until full payment has been received.
To ship your orders, FAROMA uses the following carriers:
In France:
DPD delivery: EUR13 - Time: 2 to 3 days.
In Portugal and Spain:
TIPSA delivery: EUR7 - Time: 24/48 hours for orders placed before 11 a.m.
In Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Poland:
DPD Delivery: EUR15 - Time: 3 to 6 days.
In Austria, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Sweden:
DPD Delivery: EUR15 - Time: 4 to 6 days.
In Greece, Finland, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Malta:
DPD Delivery: EUR20 - Time: 5 to 8 days.
Right of Withdrawal ("Right of Regret")
FAROMA customers have the right to freely withdraw from the contract of sale without needing to provide any reason. The withdrawal period expires 15 days from the day the customer (or a third party indicated by the customer) acquires physical possession of the item. Within this same period, the customer must return or deliver the product to FAROMA. The customer bears the cost of returning the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must communicate your decision through an unequivocal statement (a letter sent to our facilities at Zona Industrial de São Veríssimo, sector II, pav. 11 and 29, Tamel São Veríssimo, 4750-734 Barcelos, Portugal, or via email to info@faromashop.com).
If you use this option, we will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt by email.
The product must be returned within the deadline, as received, unused, with all components, and in its original packaging. If not in the described condition, FAROMA reserves the right to refuse the return. Always attach the invoice received with your order.
In case of contract withdrawal, all payments made by the customer will be refunded, excluding initial delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date FAROMA is informed of the withdrawal decision.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We only refund the delivery cost if the order was incorrect or the product was defective. Please do not send orders with cash on delivery - they will not be accepted.
If any product components are missing or not in perfect condition, no refund will be issued.
You cannot cancel the purchase if you have already used the goods beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functionality, as permitted by law.
Customers cannot return products listed in Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, including sealed goods not eligible for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened.
RETURNS
f the item is non-compliant, you have 15 days to return it intact and in its original packaging. In case of a complaint (based on defects/non-compliance observed after the 15-day period) and if accepted, FAROMA will refund the item(s) via the same payment method used in the original purchase.
The request is considered accepted if, after receiving the products, the customer does not return the order or notify FAROMA of non-compliance or intention to cancel the contract within 15 days of receipt.
The refund will be issued within one week after receiving the returned product.
How to return an item:
1. Access your order history in your account.2. Select the order containing the product you wish to return. 3. Select the product to return.
4. Add a return explanation and wait for confirmation.
5. After confirmation, print the return receipt available in your account under "Product Returns" and wait for the return label via email.
